RESPONSIBILITIES
Ideation & Concept Development
Refresh innovation pipeline through concept development and consumer validation
Closely track consumer trends to identify white space opportunities and innovation/ renovation concepts
New Product Development
Drive concepts through new product development process all the way to launch, including project management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management
Lead cross-functional teams to bring concepts to market
Manage all key commercial deliverables for innovation launch, including claims, pack design, P&L, and retailer sell story
Provide key input to launch activation plans
Business Planning & Strategy
Drive long-term strategy for the Pain and Sleep businesses grounded in consumer insight
Position innovation as a critical growth driver in the annual brand planning process
Coordinate with the global organization to ensure strategic alignment with local US needs
ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Experience
Experience bringing new products to market from white space through to launch, including new product development process, concept writing and testing, business case creation, pack design
At least 2-4 years in brand management, specifically either in OTC/ consumer healthcare or CPG
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university; MBA or equivalent preferred.
