Let's talk about the team

As the IT Support Associate Analyst, you will be in Lithia Springs, Georgia at our ResMed distribution center. Reporting into the Enterprise Technology Services Manager, you will deliver an extraordinary customer experience and IT support to the Distribution teams. During any issues, outages or major incidents you would collaborate with the Incident Management team to assist with resolution. We are small and mighty, which allows you to learn new things and build your skills while working with an awesome team!

Lets talk about the role

Zebra label printers, RF barcode scanners setup/configuration

Warehouse management system (WMS, WCS) knowledge

Active Directory/Exchange Management

Onsite support at our Lithia Springs distribution center

Phone and Ticket support globally

SCCM imaging of machines

On-call rotation

Support Audio/Visual and conference rooms, hardware and network systems, phones

Collaborate with in a global team

Performs other project and duties as assigned

You are charismatic and will easily build relationships with the Warehouse operations teams.

You love helping people and love solving problems.

You are inquisitive and love technology.

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the support of Microsoft desktop operating systems and applications suites in a Windows 10 and Mac environment. Previous experience in warehouse environment desirable.

You are a natural problem solver.

You are a critical thinker.

You are an experienced IT Help Desk Technician that can solve advanced technical problems.

You can share your knowledge in an easy-to-understand way.
