• Interpret client needs with creative solutions
• Develop concepts, implement design strategies and produce winning strategic solutions. 
• Creative work for existing clients as well as prospects. Includes new exhibit development as well as program maintenance: adding new components, graphics, and/or reconfiguring existing client properties. 
• Adhere to the established creative process.
• Works with Creative Operations for: Project resource needs; Hours determination; Electronic information management
• Work within allocated hours and meet given deadlines.  If issues arise with hours or deadlines, communicate this to your supervisor.  
• Stay abreast of relevant trends inside and outside of the industry to keep yourself on the leading edge of creativity
