The Assembly Associate plays a crucial role in the production process by assembling electronic components and supporting assembly line operations within electronics and industrial equipment environments. This position typically operates on a day shift and requires a focus on quality and safety to ensure efficient and accurate assembly work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components accurately and efficiently
• Support the assembly line to maintain smooth workflow
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Inspect components and assemblies for defects or inconsistencies

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong manual dexterity

• Familiarity with safety procedures
