Responsible for assisting the Sunkist Global Team by ensuring timely and accurate updates to reports, inventory management, order processing, and settlement reconciliation.
Essential Job functions/ Duties:
• Provides day to day support to Import Managers, Supervisors, and other related intercompany departments across various administrative stages of the import process.
• Manages high volume purchase order entry, receiving activities, and communication with warehouse partners to ensure timely and accurate inventory updates.
• In the Company's ERP system, process SKU changes and inventory adjustments following fruit bagging.
• Manages high volume inventory allocations and issue clear, timely instructions to warehouses for sales order fulfillment.
• Organize and maintain shipment files and records for foreign suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with the warehouse teams and supervisors to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve inventory discrepancies or issues.
• Update the Sales/Inventory/Packout reports for suppliers on a weekly basis.
• Performs special projects and other related duties for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
• Assists the Global Team with other duties as needed, including may assist with onsite quality inspections at the refrigerated warehouse.
