The Assistant Store Manager will support our valued customers and the store by:

  • Performing exceptional tire, parts and accessories installation
  • Conducting thorough trailer inspections and repairs
  • Assisting in the sale and delivery of quality trailers and parts to customers who call us or come into our stores (no cold calls)
  • Receiving and processing shipments
  • Performing scheduled maintenance, cleaning, organizing and improving - whatever is needed to run the store and provide a quality experience for our customers
  • Assisting the store manager with leadership responsibilities to assure a safe, respectful and productive team
  • Responsible for helping store achieve goals
  • Sales experience, able to coach, train and close sales
  • Handling all deliveries of trailers, parts, and supplies.
  • Receiving and processing shipments
  • Facility and grounds maintenance (cleaning and organizing building, shop, trailers, etc.)
  • Showcases initiative, professional attitude and appearance
  • Achieves highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Flexible with job responsibilities and willing to help in multiple departments as needed
