What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

💰 Drive Sales & Revenue

  • Close Deals: Actively sell trailers, parts, and service packages to walk-in and phone customers.

  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate new sales leads in the local market to expand our footprint.

  • Maximize Profit: Ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and cross-selling of parts and labor.

👥 Team Leadership & Operations

  • Co-Pilot the Store: Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and take full command of the lot in their absence.

  • Develop Staff: Assist in training, onboarding, and holding the service/parts staff accountable to high performance.

  • Manage Inventory: Oversee parts purchasing, vendor relations, special orders, and meticulous trailer inventory control.

🔧 Hands-On Lot Management

  • Keep the facility, shop, and lot looking pristine and professional.

  • Process state/city vehicle sales licensing paperwork accurately and timely.

  • Safely operate tools and yard equipment (forklift, tractor, power tools—we provide the certification!).

What We Look For (Requirements):

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of sales, retail management, or relevant customer-facing experience (Experience in automotive, big-ticket retail, or industrial sales is a huge plus).

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Sales DNA: Outstanding interpersonal skills, mathematical comfort (calculating percentages, commissions, and discounts), and a passion for closing.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable utilizing online computer systems and basic keyboarding for invoicing and reporting.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, stand for long periods, and routinely lift 50–75 lbs.

  • Bilingual Skills: Spoken fluency in Spanish is a strong plus!
