The Assistant Sales Coordinator/Administrative Support role is a hands-on position within the sales group that reports to the Sales Coordinator with dotted line reporting to the Vice President Sales. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining organized sales records, producing accurate reporting, order entry and communicating effectively with sales representatives and the Vice President Sales. Concentric encourages cross training whenever possible, so this role will also be responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as several functions that are part of the month end close process; including journal entries, revenue recognition, reconciliations and analysis.
