| II. Job Summary: 1. Establish, maintain, and continuously improve customer quality processes and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and the Quality Management System (QMS). 2. Lead the timely and effective resolution of customer complaints, warranty claims, and quality issues through structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration. 3. Monitor customer scorecards, PPM, complaints, warranty performance, external quality losses, and other customer-related KPIs; identify risks and drive improvement actions. 4. Lead and support cross-functional quality improvement initiatives, verify corrective action effectiveness, and promote prevention-based quality management. 5. Maintain effective communication with customers, understand Voice of Customer (VOC), and represent FGA's quality interests while maintaining a constructive customer relationship. 6. | Job Requirements | Education | 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field. 2. Lean Six Sigma or quality-related certification/training preferred. | ||
| Experience | 1. 5+ years of experience in automotive quality, customer quality, or related fields. 2. 2+ years of experience in quality leadership, supervision, or project leadership. 3. Experience with customer quality, warranty, and IATF 16949 preferred. | |||
| Language | 1. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Mandarin proficiency preferred. | |||
| Physical Condition | 1. Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments. 2. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. 3. Willingness to travel to customers and other business facilities as required. | |||
