Description
Primary Position Responsibilities:
- Receive in quality issues from the customer and set up sorts at the customer
- Organize and monitor customer and internal quality issues. Assist Quality Engineers in closing the issues
- Data Entry
- Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel (not including macros)
- Strong communication skills and capable of communicating with customers and leading internal meetings
- Overtime may be required on short notice
- Automotive Quality experience preferred but not required
