Requirements

Availability Sunday – Saturday 7p.m. to 7 a.m. or 8p.m. - 8a.m. 2-2-3 rotating schedule
Ability to work overtime as needed
Basic math and ruler reading skills
Experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred
Ability to stand constantly, excellent hand-eye coordination skills, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to lift and load weights up to 50 pounds

Essential Duties and Tasks

Read job orders for accurate information and ensures the crew is following special instructions
Ensure print design conforms with job jacket information
Completes inks usage, viscosity, and PH forms
Responsible for print sample retention
Notifies Supervisor/Lead or Quality assurance of non-conformities.
Completion of product reports and Quality Assurance sheets for each job
Monitor machine and inks
Operate anilox cleaner and parts washer
Set-up and clean the press
Other duties as assigned
