About the Role
The Assistant Hospitality Manager plays a frontline leadership role in delivering exceptional, high-volume, high‑touch guest experiences across Beringer’s entry-level tasting room space, gift shop, and tours. This role is responsible for driving growth across core tasting room business, tour experiences, and international programs, with a strong focus on the Knight’s Valley portfolios. You will lead and coach a large hospitality team, partner cross‑functionally to deliver seamless end‑to‑end experiences, and serve as a visible presence on the floor, setting service, sales, and brand standards while meeting key financial and growth objectives.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $69,000 to $80,500 per year and other benefits.
