The Assistant General Manager – Property (AGM) is an integral leadership role on a Team managing a diverse and widespread account including Class A Commercial, Investment, and Client Facility Assets in Southeast CT and throughout North America.

The AGM serves two main functions on the account as the Financial Manager of the portfolio and as a Property Manager of Client Assets.

This is a full-time, in person, onsite position based out of a Client Site in Stamford, CT.


Financial Manager

o Oversees and approves all financial activity across all Assets

o Accounts Payable & Receivable

o Supervise, coordinate, and execute daily, weekly, monthly cadences with JLL Client Accounting Services

o Monthly & Quarterly Variance Reporting to Client

o Annual Budget creation, analysis, presentation for approval, and management

o Free Rent Amortization Schedules

o Oversee and approve Tenant Rent Statements / Collection of Rent

o Client Funding Requests

o OPEX & RET escalations & reconciliations

o Ad Hoc Financial analysis, deliverables, and supervision

Property Manager

o Assist General Manager (Senior Property / Account Manager) with all aspects of Property / Facility Management, Client Reporting, Presentation, Vendor Management, Contracts, and Staff Supervision

o Build & Manage JLL Team Playbook, Quick Reference Guides, Roles & Responsibilities, & Org Chart

o Fiduciary responsibility as Team Lead on all Lease Administration

o Client & Tenant Satisfaction Liaison

o Partner with Engineering Staff to ensure overall health of Assets across the portfolio

o Project Manager for Owner / Tenant Improvements

o Management of Direct Report(s) – Supervision & Professional Development

o Team Representative to Greater JLL Tri-State & North America / Global

o Primary Contact / Project Manager for service contractors and vendors

o Assist in managing and leading Request for Proposal (RFP), Bid-Leveling, and Contract Award for Vendor Services

o Manage Tenant Move In – Move Out


o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Commercial Real Estate (Facility / Property Management preferred)

o Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate (Facility / Property Management preferred)

o Accounting & Budgeting experience

o Knowledge of Facility / Building / Property systems – HVAC, Electric, Telecommunications, Furniture, AV, Plumbing, Landscape, Building Management Systems (BMS), etc.

o Strong organizational and management skills

o Excellent communication skills

o Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, CAD & Space Management Software, Accounting Software (Yardi ideal but not required)
