Job Overview:

The SpringHill Suites by Marriott - Mount Laurel, owned and operated by High Hotels, Ltd. in Mount Laurel, NJ  is searching for an Assistant General Manager.  This position is responsible for assisting the General Manager with the overall management and operation of the hotel. 

The Assistant General Manager will supervise all front desk operations and food and beverage operations in order to ensure that the highest quality standards are met for food, service, cleanliness, and marketing of all operations.   Assists in and shares responsibility for direction of all operations of the hotel in accordance with the policies and profit objectives of the company to provide superior service and an exceptional guest experience.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.  
  • College degree in a hotel/restaurant management preferred.
  • Three years of hotel operations and supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to assess training needs and implement accordingly.
  • Computer experience (Windows/Microsoft Office/Excel), Front Office PMS (Hilton System 21/OnQ or Marriott Marsha/PMS preferred).
  • Valid state driver’s license required.
