Keystone RV Company is looking for a highly motivated full-time Assistant EHS Manager to join our team in Goshen, IN. This is a mid-level position that will report to the EHS Manager. This position will be an important part of continuing to promote a culture that embraces EHS with industry best practices as well as any governing regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all facility inspections for environmental, health, and safety risks
- Schedule and conduct (with the Safety Coordinator) EHS audits
- Conduct relevant EHS trainings as required
- Oversee the daily schedule of the Safety Coordinator
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local laws and regulations
- Conduct Incident Investigations and implement corrective actions with Plant Leaders
- Complete and Implement Standard Operating Procedures as needed

- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to understand and interpret Environmental, Health and Safety Regulations
Experience
- Minium of a bachelor’s degree in EHS and 3+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing setting
- OSHA 30 Hour General Industry
- General knowledge of environmental reporting and tracking
- Experience with Air Permits encouraged, not a requirement
