The Assistant Digital Media Manager will work closely with the Hygiene Media team to develop foundations for strategic audience planning, the implementation of audience practice within key platforms for the US market. The Assistant Digital Media Manager will be responsible for making optimizations on audience tactics, data partnerships and audience implementation to enhance and improve marketing effectiveness and advancing media measurement. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of digital and social platforms and have a passion for data & technology as it applies to media and marketing – a background in digital marketing is preferred. You'll:

  • Support audience segmentation, data implementations and measurement initiatives focused on ad media effectiveness, brand health and consumer behavior to understand campaign performance, inform optimizations, and impact future plans
  • Work directly in Google Analytics to help develop and mature our in-house audience tool to drive the Hygiene business via value creation and productivity levers
  • Work with partner agencies to create, manage, and deliver analysis templates across all media channels
  • Support deployment of data strategy and Audience Engine activities or other tools used to develop robust audience personas for media targeting and creative development
  • Key contributor to providing media analysis and insights across brand portfolio
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through audience segmentation

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or business (MBA a plus)
  • 1-3 years of work experience in marketing or communications
  • Working knowledge of competitive, audience and syndicated media research & systems (Nielsen, comScore, Numerator and/or others)
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance in Facebook Ads Manager and DV360
  • Understanding of programmatic media buying Agency Trading desks, DMPs and CRM databases
  • Understanding of digital tagging implementation and QA process
  • Comfortable and interested in learning how to use new systems and tools

And you may additionally have, but is not mandatory:

  • Experience with Media Marketing Attribution (MMX, MTA, Sales Lift Studies, Google Analytics)
  • An understanding of Data Management Platforms (DMP) Salesforce
  • Familiarity with measurement tools like DoubleClick
