Revere Staffing Partners is hiring on behalf of our client for multiple 3rd Shift Manufacturing openings in Worcester, MA. These are full-time opportunities with immediate openings and the potential to start quickly.

Open Positions & Pay Rates

• Assembly Roles across multiple departments – $15.50-$17.75 per hour

Schedule

• Sunday – Thursday
• 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Mandatory overtime on Fridays based on production needs

Responsibilities

• Assemble or cut foam and wood products according to production specifications
• Read and use a tape measure accurately
• Follow work instructions and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Hiring Process

• Qualified candidates will participate in an onsite interview with the department supervisor.
• Candidates will be asked to demonstrate tape measure skills during the interview.
• Successful candidates may receive a start date immediately following the interview.

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Background check
• Drug screening

Associates may begin work while the background check is pending. Continued employment is subject to the client's review of the completed background check.
