Job Description

This position, General Assembler, will become an integral part of our team! They will assemble locks and other security components as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

· Work with a team to assemble entire products and components

· Must be able to handle small components efficiently with dexterity

· Rotate through tasks for specific production processes

· Conduct quality inspections on locks and parts

· Prepare finished products for shipment

· Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields but not required.

· Ability to handle physical workload of 20 lbs or more

· Ability to handle a drill press but not necessary

· Ability to work well in teams

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
