Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Wire Harness Assembly Technician to assemble electrical wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and connectors in accordance with technical specifications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with soldering, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interpret schematics and work instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and connectors following work instructions, blueprints, and schematics
• Perform wire cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and labeling with precision
• Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and other manufacturing equipment as required
• Conduct visual and mechanical inspections to ensure assemblies meet quality standards
• Identify and report defective materials and escalate issues to management
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in cable or wire harness assembly
• Soldering experience is required
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical instructions
• IPC certification is preferred (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• Overtime may be available after 40 hours

Compensation:

• $25.00 – $27.00 per hour, based on experience
