Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technicianto join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and pneumatic equipment while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical assembly, machine building, maintenance, automotive repair, construction equipment repair, or related technical fields.## Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 1-5 years of experience in:- Mechanical assembly

  • Machine building
  • Maintenance technician roles
  • Automotive technician work
  • Construction equipment repair
  • Pneumatic systems assembly
  • Manufacturing production equipment assembly

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics.

• Experience using hand and power tools.

• Mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• Experience using precision measuring instruments.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Technical Certificate, Associate Degree, Journeyman License, or equivalent technical training.
• Experience with assembly fixtures and jigs.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Forklift certification or experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or machine-building environment.

Skills & Knowledge

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Knowledge of gears, bearings, seals, and mechanical assemblies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings.
• Understanding of workplace safety requirements and procedures.
• Familiarity with pneumatic systems and components.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
