Apply spray coating in accordance with product specifications.

Perform required inspections in accordance with Quality Procedures.

Interpret work instructions

Work safely, including wearing appropriate PPE, such as respirators

Work within a group and execute duties within a team structure

Mix paint and other materials according to specification or formula

Utilize spray gun and apply paint in conformance with all specifications

Scrutinize and measure parts to maintain statistical process control charts

Monitor machine gauges and equipment operation to discover defects or deviations from standards, and make necessary adjustments

Utilize solvents, wire brushes, and cloths for cleaning sprayers and power equipment

Follow company requirements to select and match colors of paint following specified color charts

Responsible for material and minor maintenance.

Must have reliable transportation, be able to arrive on time, and work a full shift

Must be able to work a full workweek.
