Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on individual to join our manufacturing team as an Assembly / Production Technician. This position is responsible for assembling, fabricating, and finishing components according to blueprints and specifications while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and fit parts or components based on blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment for fabrication and modification

• Perform light welding, soldering, and finishing tasks as needed

• Conduct basic inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment

• Maintain proper organization of materials and supplies within the warehouse

• Support general production and maintenance of work areas to ensure efficiency and safety

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in assembly, production, or a similar manufacturing role preferred

• Comfortable using power tools, hand tools, and measurement instruments

• Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical assembly processes

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or work instructions

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
