We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team in Kinston, NC (28504). As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that our products are assembled with precision and quality. Responsibilities

• Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and workflows.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
