Job summary:

Perform routine tasks to produce finished parts. Specific responsibilities may vary across production process, but may include operating cutting machine, spooling machines, shrink wrapping machine. Includes the inspection and measurement of finished parts with the ability to document results.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for Operation - check order documentation and verify accuracy.

  • Follows standard operating procedures pertaining to any of the following operations: machine setup, packing, sorting, reworking, inspecting and/or loading and unloading parts from lines or machines.

  • Operate assigned equipment in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Observe and monitor machine operations to determine whether adjustments are needed, performing routine adjustments as needed.

  • Complete quality checklist(s) and perform quality checks of product throughout to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Perform Line Clearance - Clean assigned area by removing all product from line, trash, boxes, and other supplies associated with a completed order.

  • Keeps all required records necessary to ensure efficient operations and compliance with all regulations

Required Minimum Qualifications

Education/Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent

Skills and Experience:

  • 1 year manufacturing experience desired, or ability to learn required processes

  • Knowledge and experience with inspection/measuring equipment such as: Calipers, etc. desired

  • Excellent hand/eye coordination and demonstrated ability to visually inspect parts required

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to carry out repetitive tasks efficiently.
