Primary Responsibilities- Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
- Perform basic testing and verification
of assembled products
- Load and unload materials from workstations, carts, and equipment
- Maintain proper identification and labeling of parts and finished goods
- Report defects, inconsistencies, or equipment issues
to supervisors
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Assist with line setup, changeovers, and workflow adjustments
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Support team efforts to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to read and understand written instructions and diagrams
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment
Physical Requirements- Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed
- Repetitive use of hands for assembly tasks

- Mechanical Assembly Skills
