What You'll Do:
As an Assembly Technician Level 3, you'll be a critical part of our precision manufacturing team, working with advanced tools and equipment to create quality products. This hands-on role combines technical expertise with problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precision assembly work using hand, pneumatic, and electric tools
- Read and interpret intermediate-level blueprints and technical specifications
- Conduct quality measurements using calipers, drop indicators, and other precision instruments
- Execute pressure testing and various marking techniques (ink, epoxy, electro-etch, vibro-peen)
- Mix and apply specialized compounds per job specifications
- Operate hydraulic and hand presses for component installation
- Maintain detailed production documentation
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of assembly experience in manufacturing/technical environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- U.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) due to export control requirements
