Assembly Technician – Level 2/3 | $20-$25/hr | Gilbert, AZ

What You'll Do:

As an Assembly Technician Level 3, you'll be a critical part of our precision manufacturing team, working with advanced tools and equipment to create quality products. This hands-on role combines technical expertise with problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform precision assembly work using hand, pneumatic, and electric tools
  • Read and interpret intermediate-level blueprints and technical specifications
  • Conduct quality measurements using calipers, drop indicators, and other precision instruments
  • Execute pressure testing and various marking techniques (ink, epoxy, electro-etch, vibro-peen)
  • Mix and apply specialized compounds per job specifications
  • Operate hydraulic and hand presses for component installation
  • Maintain detailed production documentation

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years of assembly experience in manufacturing/technical environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
  • U.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) due to export control requirements
