Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler with experience in wiring and the use of hand and power tools. This role involves assembling mechanical and electrical components, routing wires, and ensuring high-quality finished products in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools
• Perform basic wiring, including routing, stripping, and connecting wires
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications

• 1+ years of assembly experience (mechanical and/or electrical preferred)
• Basic wiring experience (wire harnessing or panel wiring is a plus)
• Proficient with hand and power tools (drills, screwdrivers, crimpers, etc.)
• Ability to read blueprints or schematics is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• High school diploma or GED required
