Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Production Cell Lead to oversee daily operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with leadership experience on the production floor who can drive efficiency, enforce safety standards, and support team development.

Responsibilities

* Lead daily operations within the assigned production cell

* Ensure adherence to work instructions, safety rules, and processes

* Train and coach team members on job duties and performance standards

* Monitor production quality and efficiency to meet targets

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

* Communicate updates, issues, and production needs to the Area Supervisor

* Enforce proper use of PPE and company safety procedures

* Support continuous improvement and workflow optimization

Requirements

* Basic computer skills

* Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions

* Ability to measure accurately using standard tools

* Strong communication skills

* High attention to detail

* Ability to work on your feet for extended periods (up to 8 hours)

* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push up to 100 lbs

Preferences

* Bilingual (English/Spanish)

* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role

Work Environment

* Warehouse/production floor setting

* Climate-controlled in winter; warmer conditions in summer
