JOB TITLE: Assembly Specialist - 5th Wheel 2nd Shift
JOB SUMMARY
Performs a variety of assembly processes using schematics, diagrams and shop tools to assemble 5th wheel components
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
- Performs functions associated with loading and operating the FICEP 5th wheel machine.
- Required to assist in the assembly process of bolt on 5th wheels when not performing the FICEP machine processes.
- Perform hand weld touch up after robotic weld process.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have knowledge of shop tools including but not limited to, huck guns, weld, hydraulic, and pneumatic hand-tools
- Must be detail oriented, able to follow written and verbal instructions, and have the ability to meet production and quality standards in a fast paced, repetitive environment.
- Assignments are repetitive in nature and may be moderately complex; some judgment is required to perform rework and quality checks.
- Positive attitude and the ability to function in a team environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to stand on feet for 8 hour shifts, ability to lift up to 50lbs, and be open to working overtime on occasion, as needed.
