Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for operating machines, performing inspections, recording production data, and ensuring parts meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machines, including piercing, bending, and forming equipment.
• Perform first-piece inspections and record measurements.
• Inspect parts for defects and verify work using drawings, gauges, micrometers, and scales.
• Load/unload materials and assist with moving parts as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and report equipment or tooling issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2–3 months of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to read measurements and use inspection tools.
• English speaking preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Ability to stand, move materials, and perform light physical tasks.

• Blueprint Reading
