Job Summary:
Responsible for operating machines, performing inspections, recording production data, and ensuring parts meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines, including piercing, bending, and forming equipment.
- Perform first-piece inspections and record measurements.
- Inspect parts for defects and verify work using drawings, gauges, micrometers, and scales.
- Load/unload materials and assist with moving parts as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and report equipment or tooling issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2–3 months of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).
- Ability to read measurements and use inspection tools.
- English speaking preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
- Ability to stand, move materials, and perform light physical tasks.
