Job Overview:

Job Title: Assembly & Repair Tech 1

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Expected Start Date: ASAP

Shift: 2nd Shift – 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Location: Tulsa Oklahoma 74104

Job Summary

Under strict supervision, the Assembly & Repair Tech 1 assembles and tests Artificial Lift products. The role focuses on learning assembly processes, basic testing, documentation, and supporting repair and maintenance activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble Artificial Lift products according to work orders and specifications.
  • Review work orders and acquire necessary parts for new product assembly.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing teams as needed to complete assembly tasks.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of materials, components, and their applications.
  • Develop and document basic knowledge of assembly tools and techniques.
  • Assist with repair and maintenance efforts to improve product quality and service.
  • Learn and perform basic test procedures and techniques.
  • Document test procedures, data, observations, and results accurately.
  • Incorporate Reliability, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), and Quality analysis techniques into all job processes.
  • Work under close supervision; errors are easily identifiable and correctable within short time frames.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Entry-level position - Hands on experience with hand tools and power tools a big plus
  • High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent).
  • Ability to work 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM).
  • Must be able to work 100% onsite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and work order systems.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.

Additional Information

This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment ideal for individuals who are dependable, eager to learn, and take pride in producing high-quality work. Training will be provided on-site.
