Assembly / Production Technician – 2nd Shift

Location: West Branch, IA

Job Type: Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $22–$27/hour (based on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking Assembly / Production Technicians for electrical and mechanical assembly operations. Responsibilities include assembling components using hand and power tools, operating manufacturing equipment, reading work instructions and technical drawings, and performing quality inspections while following safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, maintenance, automotive, agriculture, or a similar industrial environment.

• Electrical experience or technical training preferred for electrical assembly positions.

• Mechanical assembly or maintenance experience preferred for mechanical positions.

• Ability to use hand and power tools.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, operate scissor lifts, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Work Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM.

Additional Requirements:

• Successful completion of a drug screen (including THC), background check, education verification, and physical.

• Must be available to start within 1 week of accepting an offer.
