Job Summary

We are hiring a dependable and motivated Hose Assembly / Production Associate to join a hands-on manufacturing team. This is an entry-level/junior opportunity for someone comfortable staying active, working with their hands, following instructions, and learning a specific production process.

Previous hose or manufacturing experience is not required. Training will be provided. Candidates with backgrounds in construction, restaurants/food service, automotive, general labor, warehouse, production, or other hands-on environments are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare industrial hose products according to established procedures
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
• Measure, cut, assemble, clean, label, and package components as required
• Use basic hand tools and production equipment after training
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work as part of a team and support production needs throughout the shift
• Perform repetitive hands-on tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Learn multiple assembly processes as training progresses

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable with good attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable receiving instruction and following established procedures
• Team-oriented and able to work well with others
• Comfortable standing and moving around for most of the workday
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic ability to read a tape measure is a plus
• Manufacturing or mechanical experience is helpful but not required
