We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler/Packer to join our team at our Batavia, NY facility. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that products are assembled accurately and packed efficiently for shipment. Responsibilities

Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
Inspect components and finished products for defects and quality assurance.
Package products securely for shipment, ensuring they meet company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
Participate in training sessions and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in assembly or packing is a plus, but not required.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
