Location: Peterborough, New Hampshire

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour + shift premiums + up to $5,000 sign-on bonus

Round Peg Solutions is recruiting Assembly Operators for an established precision manufacturing company in Peterborough, New Hampshire.

We are interested in reliable, motivated people from all backgrounds. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, fast food, warehousing or customer service can be a great starting point. If you have worked somewhere such as McDonald’s, Dunkin’, a supermarket or another fast-paced environment, your transferable skills could be a good match.

THE ROLE

As an Assembly Operator, you will be trained to work within a precision manufacturing environment, assembling components while following established quality and safety procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling components accurately and efficiently
• Following written work instructions and procedures
• Carrying out basic quality checks
• Working with small components and tools
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Learning new manufacturing and assembly processes
• Working as part of a production team to meet daily requirements

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

No previous manufacturing experience is required.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Good communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Basic maths skills
• The ability to follow instructions and procedures
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills
• An interest in building a long-term career in manufacturing

PAY, SHIFT PREMIUMS AND SIGN-ON BONUS

Starting pay: $18.00 per hour

1st Shift: Standard hourly rate + $3,000 sign-on bonus

2nd Shift: 15% shift premium + $4,000 sign-on bonus

3rd Shift: 20% shift premium + $5,000 sign-on bonus
