Summary of Job Duties:

To work in the assigned Assembly zone and work cells. The work will include staging pieces in the cells to weld all parts to the correct specification and maintain customer quality requirements.

Detailed Job Description:

The following job functions are not all-inclusive. The employee will be required to perform other job-related tasks and responsibilities as requested by leadership

Duties: 

• Follow all training and standard work guidelines and best practices
• Adhere to all Safety and Quality policies and procedures
• Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Ensure all paperwork and labels are completed correctly
• Ensure all OEE sheets are properly completed and recorded on the board 
• Understanding the weld procedure for each welder
• Understand the work instructions for each part number
• Assist with changeovers of fixtures
• Communicate with material handlers to bring materials to cell and remove from cell for finished goods
• Communicate with Weld Technician when there is a quality failure to contain parts due to bad welds
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. 
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to work overtime when needed
