• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on assembly equipment.
• Utilize shop math skills to calculate measurements and tolerances accurately.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide assembly processes.
• Collaborate with team members to improve assembly techniques and processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 5-10 years of aviation experience.
• Proven experience in mechanical assembly and aerospace manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in pneumatics and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance and repair practices for assembly equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
• Proficient in shop math, including measurements and calculations.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
