Shift: 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $17.23/hr. – $21.43/hr. DOE

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all functions of a multi-station assembly machine including configuring equipment, loading, operating, and optimizing its performance. 
• Monitor machine, oversee its maintenance, and perform quality checks at set intervals to ensure it runs at full capacity. 
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor mechanical repairs as needed. 
• Cross train for various assembly jobs in assigned work area.
• Test and adjust locks.
• Label and package completed locks.
• Responsible for keeping work area clean and organized. 
• Understand and practice Quality System requirements and documentation (i.e. applicable inspection, verification, and disposition procedures, and/or instructions and forms required as part of the process).

Essential Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent
• Must have experience troubleshooting and repairing basic production machinery issues and breakdowns
• Mechanical aptitude 
• Basic computer skills
