Job Overview:
- Organize all work activities with assigned crew.
- Conducts tool box safety meetings.
- Assure that the crew follows safe work practices.
- Communicates assigned job goals from the Manufacturing Supervisor or Project Manager to the crew.
- Effectively communicate with other team Leads/Crew Chiefs and Project Managers to accomplish the plan objectives.
- Maintains an ongoing parts shortage list for assigned jobs.
- Takes ownership of the work area and assure it is maintained in a clean and safe condition and in compliance with company and departmental policy.
- Review of all build specifications prior to starting operations on large weldments and assemblies.
