Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of assembly workers, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate daily assembly activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Train new team members on assembly processes, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and engineering, to resolve any assembly-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and report on team performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent;

• IPC Certification REQUIRED

• Proven experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong understanding of assembly processes and quality control standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
