Location: Fort Worth, TX 76140

Pay: $21.00–$23.10 per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Total Talent Resources is hiring Assembly & Integration Technicians for a growing manufacturing company in Fort Worth. This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing or assembly experience who enjoy working with hand tools, following detailed instructions, and building high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies
• Install parts into modular structures
• Route and secure pre-built electrical harnesses
• Connect plug-and-play electrical components
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy
• Report defects or missing components
• Follow work instructions and maintain production goals

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
