Join a company where precision meets purpose.

At Gaishin Manufacturing, we don't just make great parts — we build a great place to work. As a family-owned, second-generation manufacturer, we combine cutting-edge CNC technology with a team-driven, values-first culture. We’re on a mission to grow with integrity, humility, teamwork and bold innovation — and we want you on the journey.

Why You’ll Want to Work Here:

  • Culture that matters – Built on faith, people, and excellence
  • Tight-knit team – We succeed together, not solo
  • Stability meets growth – Be part of a company that’s expanding across industries like aerospace, medical, defense, and agriculture
  • Leadership that invests in you – Coaching, training, and tools for you to thrive

What You'll Do:

As an assembly and final inspection technician on our team, you will help create critical components by performing assembly and visually inspecting high-quality aerospace and defense industry parts. If you take pride in precision work, have a sharp eye for detail, and enjoy working with your hands, this is a role where your work truly matters. This is more than just a job — it's a role where your skills help drive a high-performing team forward.

Your day-to-day:

  • Install threaded inserts and perform light mechanical assembly on aerospace parts
  • Conduct final visual inspections to ensure parts meet strict quality standards
  • Identify even the smallest defects or inconsistencies
  • Package finished components for shipment with care and accuracy
  • Maintain accurate records and update jobs in our ERP system
  • Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and aerospace requirements

What We’re Looking For:

This role isn’t for everyone — it’s for those who take pride in doing things right and doing them well.

  • Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and small parts
  • Basic math skills (measurements, fractions, decimals)
  • Comfortable using a computer / ERP system
  • Ability to follow structured processes and high-quality standards
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or inspection
  • Self-motivated and a continuous improvement mindset (help make things better)

What Sets You Apart

  • You take pride in doing things right the first time
  • You have a steady hand and a sharp eye for quality
  • You enjoy focused, precision-based work
  • You understand that quality and consistency are critical — especially in aerospace

About Us:
