Location: Oak Creek, WI

Pay: Assembly roles starting around $19/hour based on experience

Shift: 1st Shift Only

Job Overview:

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join a stable and growing team in Oak Creek. This role involves a variety of warehouse functions, including assembly, order picking, loading and unloading, and forklift operation. Candidates must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and staging orders
• Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner
• Assist with assembly tasks using hand and power tools (based on experience)
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training may be provided)
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with power tools is a plus (required for higher-paying assembly roles)
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Must be comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Ability to lift, move, and carry materials throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation required – must be able to commute to Oak Creek
