Job Overview:

Responsible for optimizing processes used in microelectronic manufacturing to develop and perform processes for single and multiple component assembly efforts.
Coordinates day-to-day operation of assembly tools.
Performs engineering sustainment functions and supports component level packaging, printed circuit board (PCB) assembly, and PCB design engineering efforts.

Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:

Performs engineering sustainment functions and supports component level packaging, printed circuit board (PCB) assembly, and PCB design engineering efforts.

Develop processes and produce documentation in support of Quick Reaction Capability.
Develop new techniques, new tool specifications, and provide training.
Interpret testing results and provide recommendations or alternatives.

Desired Requirements:

Ten (10) years of experience in microelectronics design and assembly, semiconductor and integrated circuit quality assurance, and materials/science/fabrication.
