Pay: Up to $18/hr + 10% Shift Differential

Shifts Available:

• 🕕 Daylight: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• 🌇 Afternoon: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

• 🌙 Night: 9:30 PM – 8:00 AM

  Schedule: Monday – Thursday (10-hour shifts)

  Overtime: Regularly available on Fridays

💼 What You’ll Do

• Assemble small, precision medical and surgical devices in a sterile cleanroom environment.

• Follow detailed work instructions, gowning procedures, and PPE protocols.

• Perform visual inspections to ensure all products meet strict quality standards.

• Work on a collaborative assembly line alongside a supportive and dedicated team.

• Complete documentation and sign off on “travelers” to ensure full production traceability.

• Use basic computer skills to record production and quality data.

• Rotate between product lines to keep work fresh and engaging.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Previous assembly, production, or manufacturing experience preferred (cleanroom experience is a plus!).

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

• Reliable, consistent, and ready to learn.

• Comfortable working 10-hour shifts with occasional overtime.

• Combination of sitting and standing throughout the shift.

• Light, repetitive lifting.

• Strong hand-eye coordination for small-part assembly.

You should be proficient in:

• Food and Beverage Manufacturing
• Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA)
• High School / GED
