Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Associate to join our production team. The Assembly Associate is responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, parts, and components according to work instructions and blueprints.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns.
• Package completed products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Meet daily production quotas and performance expectations.
• Assist with inventory, material handling, and other production tasks as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Thursday
• Overtime may be available and required based on production needs.
