About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assembly professional to join our team . As an Assembly associate, you will be responsible for assembling various corrugate components and products in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in assembly or a related field
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bend, reach, stoop, squat and stand for 8 hours.
  • Have good hand - eye coordination.
  • Occasional lifting of 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds.
  • Understand machine set-up, machine runs, plant data entry, handwork, or assembly assignments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with hand and power tools
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble various components and products according to specifications and blueprints
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process
  • Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Skills:

As an Assembly professional, you will use your strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to assemble various components and products according to specifications and blueprints. You will also use your excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process. Additionally, your experience with hand and power tools and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles will be beneficial in this role. Overall, your skills will be critical to ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
