We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Assembler/Glazier to join our Production Team at our Arlington, WA facility.

The Role: Assembler / Glazier
In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the final assembly of high-quality marine products, including doors, windows, hatches, and port lights—both bare and coated.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products by installing gaskets, door hardware, and complete window systems
- Perform final fit‑up, finishing, and cleanup
- Conduct final quality inspections, correcting or rejecting products as required
- Coordinate and train Level II Assemblers/Glaziers
- Provide feedback on current and upcoming projects to support continuous improvement
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED (additional vocational or fabrication training is an asset)
- 2–3 years’ experience working with aluminum and/or stainless steel, including painted and unpainted products
- 2–3 years’ experience using shop and hand tools (tape measure, air tools, drills, grinders, sanders)
- 3–5 years’ experience in assembly and/or glazing
- Strong understanding of the build process with the ability to identify and resolve assembly issues
Additional Requirements
- Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test
- Proof of U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization
