NOW HIRING: Assembly Operators – 1st Shift

A leading manufacturing company in Painesville is hiring dependable Assembly Operators for the 1st shift.

This position requires flexibility, as team members are cross-trained to operate machines and perform hand-wire assembly. On the 1st shift, employees rotate between both machine operation and wire assembly based on production needs.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and perform hand wire assembly
• Assemble connectors and cable assemblies
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
• Perform testing, inspection, packaging, and quality checks
• Use small hand tools such as cutters, strippers, crimpers, and screwdrivers
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (ITAR requirement)
• Must pass a drug screen
• Strong hand dexterity required
• Ability to understand training provided in English
• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Soldering experience is a plus
