Xeridiem Medical Devices is the premier developer and manufacturer of silicone tubing, silicone molding (both LIM and compression) and finished device. Our Tucson, Arizona  Production groups consistently meet the tight dimensional tolerances, and performance specifications required by medical device manufacturers. We are knowledgeable and experienced in a broad spectrum of catheter applications including cardiovascular, neuromuscular, diabetes management, and structural heart.  Xeridiem supports clients from their early design stages, providing quick turn-around times for speedy prototyping, design refinement and Pilot Production, and scale up into manufacturing. 



  • Attributes required for this position include ability to follow instructions, meet schedules and priorities, have excellent attention to detail, initiative, work well within a team, and have the ability to produce consistently high-quality results. For entry level, we will train employees with good mechanical aptitude and work ethic.
  • Reading and interpreting manufacturing procedures, inspection procedures and comply with their requirements. All documents are in English only.
  • Assembly of catheters in clean room.
  • Ability to learn new equipment and processes, and quickly demonstrate proficiency in their operation.
  • Document material transfers, completion of manufacturing steps and verification.
  • Ensure that processes and materials are in compliance with quality system requirements.
  • Maintain clean room area per procedures.
  • Training of future assemblers on procedures.
  • Build medical product assemblies with a level of quality, consistency, and speed to meet the design specifications and production schedules.
  • Ability to evaluate personal work space, equipment, and tooling to ensure it is in compliance with specifications and procedures.


  • High School diploma or its equivalent and passing basic skills test
  • May be required to complete formal training and certification in area of specialty
  • Ability to problem solve identify errors, deviations from procedure's, and defective parts. Accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity
  • Ability to comprehend and comply with company safety and quality standards
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
